2. The client shares information about up to 3 candidates for analysis.

3. The psychologist evaluates the candidates, reviews their background, administers tests, and analyzes the results.

4. The psychologist validates and confirms references.

5. The psychologist conducts interviews using a specific method.

6. The psychologist prepares and delivers a report with the results of the candidates to the client.
